"unable to install"   This is the message that pop up after I entered the Activation code. 

After several attempts nothing has been installed - I have paid and now wasted more than an hour on this. 

Please refund or install

AVG Driver updater - unable to install - unspecified

Thank you for getting back to me. I have spent about 4 hours on my computer trying to get this installed, numerous scans were completed over and over again! and then trying to get a solution. This caused me immense stress as I am not computer savvy. I have lost a day of work and landed up being stressed and depressed - and massively behind in my work. I have tried repeatedly to obtain a screenshot  - and used the snip and sketch tool to give you a picture of what I am seeing - to no avail! 
It appears that the Driver update that I paid for - is not able to be downloaded and installed on my computer. Please refund this amount to my Paypal account. 
It would be really nice to talk to a real person and not have timeconsuming interactions with no solution at the end.
