I have AVG free virus checking on both Dell computers. I have a paid AVG Performance on my primary computer. It works fine. I have tried to install AVG Performance on my second computer but get an AVG error message: 0xe001f949.

We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation and then try to install AVG Ultimate.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select all detected AVG programs and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.
After successfully uninstalled AVG free, please follow the steps in this article http://avgclick.me/InstallUltimate to download and install AVG Ultimate.

I am running Windows 7 on the problem Dell computer. The only anti virus checking I am running is the AVG free version. I tried to delete it and am unable to do so getting the same error message 0xe001f949. I appreciate your help.
