Creating a new thread as unable to post on the same thread. On trying to upload error screenshot i get "Insufficient Privileges -

and on clicking the link its taking me to a salesforce login page "Login.salesforce.com" (I dont have the id and password for that) ..
Cant understand this as the jpeg is 128 Kb and 1 Mb upload limit is mentioned.
The error that i get on My subscriptions page is "An internal error occured. Please try again. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Although i can see the purchase invoice in "My Order History"
Is there a mail id available on which i can discuss this?
