I get the option to allow software extensions from AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o. but the ¨Allow¨ button never grant the privileges.
here is the simple solution to the fault:
do not use your mouse to click on the 'allow' button, but instead your tab key to skip down to it from the top, then once highlighted hit the spacebar to sellect.

I have always used AVG and be so kindly advise name of other antivirus which is better other I want one year extension free of cost and wait for problem is solved

I understand how upsetting this could be. As a compensation regarding the inconvenience this has caused to you, I would like to offer your a license extension of your AVG Ultimate subscription or you can request for a refund ( https://support.avg.com/RefundForm ).

I am sorry your reply is shocking you sold me a product which I cannot even install you claim working on this what does you mean by that AVG Ultimate not working in Mac ( Both antivirus and cleaner) either to find a solution or I will go for another antivirus.
