I have a paid subscription and recently encountered this error message below. I have uninstalled, downloaded the exe file again and installed but the same issue persists. Can someone please help. Thanks in advance.

Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
Thanks for your reply. However, I am unable to attach the screenshot or send any image via this reply. When I clicked on the Image [mountain symbol], the pop up is in lighter shade of grey and although I can see it, unable to click o the button to select file to upload. I can only type text here.
