Let's work together to fix it. Do you have latest version of AVG Internet Security? Go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> uninstall AVG Internet Security.
Restart your device, reinstall it as suggested here: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection and activate it using your email address & password.
