Unable to load AVG store when trying to activate Tune Up subscription

'Unable to load AVG store' error message

It said this earlier when I tried to uninstall apps before I realised I needed to renew. 
However after renewing I get the same message and am unable to input activation code.

Could you please confirm if you have already tried reinstalling AVG TuneUp after you have renewed the subscription?
