Hi there,
I've recently purchased Ultimate. I've got it installed on one laptop with no issue. I'm finding it impossible to install on Android, however.
1. I repeatedly get an error when trying to log in, telling me that AVG has redirected too many times. I then clear my cache, and it works, but only once. I then have to rinse and repeat.
2. Once logged on, I get numerous 'Error 404, End of the Internet' messages. Sometimes I'm able to reload successfully, but mostly not.
3. Finally, when trying to access Android Pro in order to dowdownload it, I am directed to the AVG Free edition in the Google Play store. Really?
I'm hoping someone at AVG can advise asap, as I'm unable to get logged in and/or get into the technical support pages. I'm at the end of my tether. I've been trying on and off for several days.
