May I know what is the exact error that you get when try to log in on AVG Cleaner app?
Please provide the screenshot of the error message that appears on AVG interface to assist further.

Hi, I have downloaded an AVG Cleaner app through iTunes on my Mac and when I tried to connect it with Zen Network it doesn't let me log in. I have received a verification email and logged in on the AVG website, even changed password once but it doesn't work. I am unable to connect through my laptop…:frowning:
