Unable to log in to my zen account

Were you able to check the status of your subscription in AVG MyAccount?

I downloaded, confirmed account  and registered-activated product but i can't log in to get my "PRO features and and ZEN network"

Can anyone help me? I wish i would know how bad AVG is with customer service, i should stick to Norton :-(
