I have made a new account as unable to log in to old account. I cannot remember my passwrdo, and no reminder emails are reaching me for some reason.
I have a licence for 3 computers 2hich doesn't expire unti 2016. Two of those 3 computers are no longer in action (dead and destroyed) yet I am unable to reactivate my licence on a new laptop I just purchased. It keeps showing the message that my licence is inactive.
Can anybody please advise me how to deal with this, or how to get into my original account?
