Unable to log into Windows after AVG tune up scan

having bought pc tune up. cannot access windows the user profile service failed the log in .User profile cannot be loaded.

not happy with avg. can anyone suggest how i can access any of my files?

This is an AVG issue as I have  also been locked out of my all other windows profiles only after downloading AVG on February 2, 2017. This has never occured over the 4 years having this PC.  This is somethign that neededs to be looked into and not sided as an OS issue.

My W7 machine is also not starting anymore after my PC tune up . It says 'user profile service failed to logon' This is really not OK. I am allready busy for more then 6 hours to fix it. no result yet…
Is thera patch of somekind?

Hello Alastair,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. To fix this issue, we suggest you to restart your computer in safe mode with networking (http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode) and uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from your computer. Once you completely uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from your computer, please restart the computer in normal mode and check if you are able to login to your computer without any error.
