At this stage it is quite clear that the issue with AVGMobilation has not been fixed. Can you please provide a real estimate as to when AVGMobilation will be available again? Simply stating that your developers are working with a high priority and asking for our patience is really unacceptable considering the number of customers being impacted by this outage and the importance of being able to use the anti-theft fuctionality of AVG. In addition and from what research I have been able to do online, this is not the first time AVG Mobilation has gone down, so it appears your developers did not fully fix the issue the first time this was reported late last year.
At this stage and though I have paid for an AVG Ultimate subscrition for two years, I am seriously considering uninstalling AVG from all my deveices and switching to another anti-virus and anti-theft solution that actually works. Please provide myself and the many frustrated AVG customers with a real time estimate as to when this issue will be fixed,

At present I am unable to log on to avgmobilation.com using the same username and password combination that works with myaccount.avg.com
I get the following error message: "Wrong username or password"
I have an AVG Ultimate subscription and I am certain I am using the correct username and password.
From what I have read in the forums this problem has appeared before for other users and has been reported again by others today. Can someone from the AVG Support team please respond with a status update and an ETA as to when we can expect this issue to be resolved?
