Unable to login into Anti Theft portal

I can no longer use the Anti-Theft locator. Every time I enter my user name and password I get a wrong user name or password. I have tried all options including changing my password, but still get the same message. I can log into my user account on my computer using the same user name and password but cannot log into Anti-Theft on either my computer or Android phone
