Have the same issue like Rayne Wu. Was unable to login to Standard Chartered Singapore since yesterday. This issue only happened to Standard Chartered bank internet banking login. Was able to connect to other banking sites. Client executive from Standard Chartered Bank says their server has no issue on their end.
