Thank you for reaching us here with your concerns. You will keep receiving notification emails from AVG about your subscriptions irrespective of you creating an online AVG MyAccount. You did not have an account created which was the reason you were unable to login. Since you have created an account now, you must be able to login ( https://myaccount.avg.com/en-gb/my-account-login ) now.
And I have cancelled the auto renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license from my end. I assure you that you will not be charged automatically.

I got an email from AVG today regarding automated subscription renewal. I want to cancel the subscription but I am unable to login into my account. What I did so far:
- tried logging in to my account. The password doesn't work
- tried resetting the password. I was getting error message saying that an account with that email doesn't exist. I was using the same email address I've received an email from AVG...
- I had to create an account just to be able to post a question here. Again, I've used the same email address...
