Unable to Login

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the 3-year subscription of the AVG Driver Updater. ($68.04) I cannot login to the AVG app to access the product. At first, I tried logging in many times, but I kept getting met with an error message that says, "authentication failed." Alternatively, I've tried using the activation code and it didn't work either... I was blessed with the same message. I can't even login to the MyAVG Account website. I just get a connection timeout error. (I use Microsoft Edge, but I also tried it on Google Chrome and I got the same error.)

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both AVG Antivirus and AVG Driver Updater, but that didn't fix it. I'm at a loss here.

It has officially been a month since I've had this issue and I have not received an email from any senior support team… I am still unable to access the product that I've paid for. Hi.
I have the same problem. I am unable to access my account. My paid subscription ended on the 14th and I wanted to get another one, however, I am unable to access my account for a few weeks now. What shall I do?

Upon checking your screenshot it seems you have issue Avast and reached AVG fourm.
