Unable to make AVG Tuneup stop putting Chrome to sleep

I used AVG Tuneup to sleep some programs, including Google Chrome. Now it will not permit the program to wake back up. I circumvented it by changing chrome.exe to chrome1.exe, but that prevents certain other functions, such as Amazon's prime video, from working in the browser. I need to reverse the sleep function, or at least take Chrome off the list. Clicking on "Background and startup programs" just results in an empty box with a spinning arrow that never stops, so the answer is not there.
Version 16.80.3.38236

Thank you, Jb.
It is an older version. In order to focus on development of the latest version of AVG TuneUp, we are no longer updating or improving the old program version.
I'd request to uninstall https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software AVG PC TuneUp and install latest version.
I have sent an email containing instructions to install and activate newer version of AVG TuneUp. Install it and ignore putting Google chrome from to sleep.
I also notice that you have multiple subscriptions for same products. I have also included these details and a feasible solution to manage them in my email.
Kindly respond to the email with your confirmation.
