Hi there,

I could really use some help here. I have been charged without giving a notice for the AVG TuneUp.

I can see it in the software itself showing "Subscriptions on this PC". But after login online it is not showing anything, nether "my subscriptions" or "Order history". 

How can I cancel it and ask for a refund? please let me know!
