Please let us know whether you're experiencing this issue with AVG Internet Security or AVG TuneUp.
Also, let us know how you attempt to uninstall & what happens exactly while uninstalling. Do you receive any error message?

Hi, for some reason the app does not open upon clicking, run as admin. Not even after repairing it. To make things worse, I can't even uninstall the application.
