Unable to open Microsoft account

We'll certainly look into this. May I ask how did you narrow down this issue to AVG TuneUp? Are you trying to login in a web browser? Please share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) if you are receiving any error message.

I have done an AVG Tune Up  Activate and Install and now I am unable to open my Microsoft Office account.  Can some one please assist
