Unable to open website through AVG! Kindly help

Hello !
I have the same problem on my PC with several websites.
Either the "hourglass" shows up for 15 seconds and finally displays an error message "Connexion issue".  Or the system suspects you are a robot and asks you to tick images thats contain, for example, a bicycle, but it never accepts your response and takes you around and around in circles.
Changing the location does not help : internet is blocked.
The only workaround is switching AVG VPN off.

Hello!

Hope you are doing great. Actually i am having issue in opening a website when i am using AVG VPN. The website is Official Trapstar & Essentials Official. Can anyone facing same issue?
