I purchased AVG Antivirus last year, atleast I believe so, but it came in a pack with TuneUp. So I have been using both of them yet it says I was subscribed to TuneUp and it is Awaiting Payment. I do not see the subscription on my account so I believe I had used the wrong email address when purchasing. It would go through but I believe my payment method has been cancelled and I do not know how to unsubscribe so I can repurchase it or what, please tell me what I should do.
