Unable to Print with new AVG Unlimited Version

Hello Gunaseelan,
Unfortunately, this did not work.  Is there another action I can take to help resolve this?
Thanks

Hello Bill,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused, we suggest you to change the firewall settings to get this fixed.
Please follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on "Menu" in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from "Public" to "Private" (If it is in "Private", change it to "Public")
Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Recently purchased the AVG 2017 unlimited version. Now can not print unless I disable the Firewall.  I have followed the instructions for how to block or allow IP addresses in the AVG Firewall instructions - with no success.

Any advice on how to address this?
I'm using a wireless HP 6700 printer; and Windows version 8 on a desktop computer.
The printing worked before installing this new version.  Feeling frustrated.

Hoping someone can provide some advice.
Bill,
You are most welcome. Please, feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.

Thank you, This solution fixed the issue. I can now print.

Hello Bill,

Thank you for trying the instructions provided by Gunaseelan.
We request you to get into Firewall settings : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on "Menu" in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize.
Please scroll down on the Firewall customize window where you can see "System Rules" and "Packet Rules"
Please click on "System Rules" and the first option you see is the file and printer sharing.
If it is in "Not configured" option then please click and change it to "Enabled"

The printer should be working if it is enabled. Please let us know the status of it.
