I am unable to re-install AVG Ultimate (multi device) to my iPhone 11 running iOS 16.4.1 (a). I can obviously log into AVG on my computer, but after downloading using the QR code (and also trying App store) when I click on already purchased I receive a message “Failed to download active licenses". I have wasted all morning trying everything, including restoring my phone, to solve this problem. Any ideas?
