My original protection expired on 5 February (today), I purchased another licence on 26 January but reduced my usage from 2 computers to 1. I input the new licence number and the new system loaded up ok. It had given no trouble until today when it now tells me to activate my new licence which it exhibits. when I click on rthe reactivate button nothing happens.
