Unable to recover after disable

After i disable AVG Anti-virus (As its blocking me form starting Unity Editor) trying to reactive the anti-virus results in an error
And as it seems i am unable to fix it, expect of running the uninstaller and doing Fix every time i do so
Something that is becoming some what of a pain in a pretty short time (need to restart the PC after it is done fixing to really fix it)

Will be glad if these can be fixed..

We regret for the inconvenience. would request you to uninstall AVG old traces using AVG Removal tool and then you can reinstall AVG latest version on your computer.

Please click on the below link to run AVG remover tool :
http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your AVG program from your PC.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Once you are done with the remover tool please try installing the AVG program by clicking the following link:
http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_761.exe

Also AVG Ultimate comes with AVG Zen interface to add other devices remotely and manages. AVG Zen comes with AVG Internet security and PC Tune up.
