I'm using Windows 7 pro and I'm a long time subscriber to AVG, Thought I would upgrade today and bought TuneUp. Unpon payment I was told that an email had been sent to me. I did not receive it. logged into my AVG account to and read that no serial number is needed and that said that all I have to do is log in to the account from the TuneUp interface and it will work. It doesn't work like that, it asks for a serial number. Thinking I may have an old version installed, I deleted, download and reinstalled. It still does not know that i have already paid for it.
Can anybody please help me. many thanks
