It became necessary to completely reset the laptop onto which I had downloaded your AVG PC Tune Up last June.
Unfortunately, I got an error message - I was unable to download it. The message indicated that the failure was because the 'event had expired'.
Please advise how I can reinstall AVG PC Tune Up on this device.
