I'm sorry to hear about this. You might using AVG sales number (which has been already used), you have to use AVG Antivirus full license to install/activate AVG Antivirus. I have sent you an email with your full license number, please follow the email instruction to download/install/activate your AVG Antivirus program.

My computer crashed.  I purchased a new computer. I'm trying reinstall my AVG Anti Virus software that is good until 5-26-2018.  It says that the code is already being used.
