Hi,
Currently a paid user of AVG VPN, tried to enable my connection today, only to be met with a new popup window saying "loading" & then an error off the back of this.
I read up on the error code & found the solution to be to remove all AVG products via uninstall in control panel, then using the AVG remover tool, restarting the device & then removing this file manually before reinstalling.
When I've come to reinstalling the product after following the above steps, the installation fails at 100% stating "Please connect to the Internet ; 0xE006001C: To install AVG, you need to be connected to the Internet". I'm wired directly into my router, definitely online (as I'm posting this from the same device) & have tried repeating the steps of removal & receiving the same error message.
Any solutions to this?
