We checked with your records.It seems that you have AVG Performance and Tune Up Utility program as your active subscriptions.It is to inform that tune up utility does not have the 2015 version however you can download and install the 2014 version through the following link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-TuneUp-Utilities . At the same time if you have installed the AVG performance program which is having the same features of Tune up Utility ,you can download all the latest versions of the program. I have been sent a email with License Number, and also paid up to 2021.
I then tried to reset my software using Tune up update and AVG 2015
I am then told number is the the right one
How does this happen
