I am trying to remove AGV Family Safety from my laptop as the product has expired and is no longer available. When I try to remove it I am asked for a password. None of the passwords I have ever used with AVG are accepted. Is there a master password or another way to remove the program? I am unable to install any other monitoring software until this is removed.
