So as recently as this morning I reinstalled Windows 10 onto my Toshiba Satellite laptop after having an incident with window 10 updates not working. AVG was the first thing I installed after getting all my drivers back in and it came up with a result of an inlinehook.ntoskrnl.exe detection. I've ran the scan four more times and it has come up clean, as well as Malware Bytes and Malware Bytes Antiroot Kit and they have found nothing either. I have this sitting in my archive and I'm not quite sure what I should do next or if I need to remove anything or not.
Hello John,
Thank you for contacting us. Could you please let us know what action did you take on the infection detected in the first scan?

I wasn't able to take any action. I just did two more AVG whole computer scans, an Antirootkit scan with AVG, and two with Malwarebyes Regular and Malwarebytes Anti-rootkit. AVG can't do anything to remove it so I have no idea what to do next or where to go next.
