Unable to repond to AVG Email

Not a problem, Carla.
We have sent an email through which you can share the image.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I send a request for AVG to STOP sending me pop-ups & they told me to send a screen shot.  I tried, but now it says they can't get it this way.  I'm so frustrated with this company.  I don't know how to do a screen shot so I took a photo of it & tried to send it, but it won't let me. Please HELP!!
