Hi, I have been attempting to cancel and refund my subscription for AVG Ultimate VIP, which automatically renewed two weeks ago. However, I have been unable to get in contact via webchat or telephone despite trying for several days. I spent an hour on the phone yesterday but the call was eventually dropped. Tried calling again today and the registered phone number is putting me through to Norton Lifelock.
Really need to get this cancelled as it is an outrageous amount of money to pay for a service which I have not been using for months.
