I resolved my problem by registering another account with the same email address. I updated my shipping info, but the bank information can only be changed by way of a specific email. The online chat room was very helpful in my case.

I cannot access the account that sent me the invoice, the order confirmation and the license for the renewal of my AVG PCTuneUp. No matter how many times I send the message to reset my password, I still don't see it in my inbox or my spam folder. The website recognized my email, so how is this possible? How am I supposed to update my shipping and billing info without my password?
