Hi, I have just paid for a 1 year subscription, activated my account but when I reached the resolve performance issues part and clicked on "resolve all", I ended up with a page that basically asked me to subscribe for 10 devices.  Does this mean that when I subscribed for 1 device, I do not get to resolve performance issues?  If this is the case, may I know how to deactivate my subscription and get a refund?  Also, I am surprised I can't reach AVG support personnel but had to get help from the community.  Please help.
