After running a full scan there were 2 threats shown but when i click on resolve the message resolving comes up but doesn't resolve the threats they just stay there. Anyone else experienced this?

JS:Redirector-BWW [Adw] \?\Volume{bd381d72-0000-0000-00b4-9c802e000000}\Documents and Settings\Tony\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\CHEBK9MR\p2[1].htm
Interesting that the first one is in the pagefile but doesn't show up in memory or a file.

I am sorry to hear that. The file that was detected as a threat is a temporary file, that is created by a certain program. Even though, AVG removes this temporary file, another temp file is created by that application, which in turn is being detected as threat. That is why you keep getting the threat detection message, even after resolving the issue. I suggest you to find the program that is creating this temp file and check if it a genuine program. In the meantime please add it to AVG exception list https://help.avg.com/en/avg_free/17/settings_general.html and check if that fix the issue. To find this program, please open run window and type as "%temp% and delete all the entries and type as "temp" and remove all the temp files.
