Unable to save my files

Hello Horn,

It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the exact error message and AVG Update interface to check and assist further.

When i am trying to save my files i get the following error message:

When saving a file, a sharing violation can be caused by the way an antivirus application interacts with Microsoft Office.
Check with your antivirus provider to make sure that the current version of the application, including updates, is installed. The antivirus provider might also have information or solutions for sharing violation issues.
Please help - I need to update these files!!

Just double-checked - I am on the full version - not just the basic version of AVG.

T, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thanks for your help.  Once I turn off the AVG Antivirus and restart my computer, I am able to save my documents.  However, once I turn it back on again i can no longer save anything.  I believe I should be on a licenced version - not just the free version, as I have a 12 month subscription.

Antivirus not working at the moment…
