I am sorry to hear that you are unable to connect to printer. Please follow the below steps and check if you are able to connect to the printer:
Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Change the application settings from "Auto Decide to "Allow". One this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". Please save the settings and check if you are able to update outlook in your computer. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
Hi all, I recently purchase a all-in-one printer Fuji Xerox m225dw and I was not able to scan to my PC unless I turn off AVG protection. I have attempted to allow the ip address on Network Profiles as well as allow programs on Application Rule. Those did not solve my problem. Can you provide any further advice on this?
