Each time I try to run an AVG scan on my MAC PC I'm getting the message "You seem to be off-line". I'm trying to un-install AVG but now I'm getting the message "A glitch prevented us from signing you in." So I can't un-install the app. I am a novice with the computer, any help would be appreciated, but, please remember, computers are confusing. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!

Your answer was for me to let you remotely check my computer, which I am completely uncomfortable doing. If you could please send me detailed instructions for how to fix this probelm, I'll do it myself. I'm frustrated to have paid for all of the add-ons for complete coverage and now I am unable to use this product.
