Do you get any error message when you try to start AVG TuneUp?

If you do not get, please restart your computer and then try to open AVG TuneUp.

It seems many others have the same problem.  I have used Tune Up for a year and have just paid for a renewal but now the programme will nit start.  Any ideas?
