Please help me I have the same problem – also CCleaner won't load and run and MS Outlook shuts down when I'm away from the computer. Is there something in AVG Internet Security that limits what programs run or how long they run??

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased AVG Tune-Up Unlimited because of the intended goal in having me do so through the constant nagging from AVG Anti-Virus Free in indicating that I have X amount of issues that can be resolved through AVG Tune-Up. Sadly, it does not open after "installation" (I say this because if it doesn't open how am I to know that the installation is in fact complete though I see the AVE Tune-Up icon on my taskbar and it appears to be running as a process). I applied numerous attempts with your AVG Removal Tool to re-installation of AVG Tune-Up with the same result. These attempts also included disabling most if not all of the start up programs, including AV and anti-malware programs, again with the same result. I am kindly requesting a simple solution without performing a series of trial and error trouble shooting, else I kindly request a refund, I will uninstall all AVG products from my computer and will rate you accordingly.

I understand your concern.
Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to access this applications.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection".
Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and check if you are able to access this application.
