Yes, you can get a refund if you would like. But, I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and they will be glad to assist you with configuring AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on your PC.

I'd also like to inform you that this program does not need a license number as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.

After the restart, click here to install AVG TuneUp Unlimited.

If you get any error message, please provide the screenshot of the error message to check and assist further.

I ordered AVG TuneUp on 2018/02/18, but my computer(win 10) can not run AVG Zen (error 0xE0010045 occurred I tried to install the AVG Zen program).
I have tried to remove all AVGs and reinstall AVG PC TuneUp and it still can’t work.
I wish you can provide me the authorization number, so I can start-up the TuneUp program directly.

I have installed AVG TuneUp Unlimited successfully after rerunning AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.
