As per our records, you were charged for the renewal of trial subscription and we received a refund request from you.
Our refund team has already cancelled the subscription and initiated the refund. This must be the reason you could not find an option to cancel the subscription when you login to AVG MyAccount.
The refund process might take 5 to 7 business days to complete. Appreciate your patience.
I subscribed for a free trial at the end of which you automatically renew for the year, however, there is no way of cancelling the subscription. Even though AVG has a page which tells you how to cancel it ( | AVG ) when you go to the subscription page they are referring to the "unsubscribe" button is not there. I have not used this service and only logged in to try and unsubscribe. I would like to request a refund, please.
