Hello, my Mac Web & Email shield has been disabled because my Mac didn't load the extensions, but when I check Security & Privacy in my system preferences, there is nothing there asking for permission to load. I've tried uninstalling the antivirus with the in-app uninstaller but it keeps saying that the uninstall has failed as system extensions could not be removed, and when I try to drag and drop the app into trash, it says that the app is still running and cannot be deleted.
