Do you get any error while trying to turn on your AVG Secure VPN? If yes, please let us know the exact error.
Have you activated your AVG Secure VPN?
We'd suggest you restart AVG Secure VPN service.
Click start > type services.msc in the search box > press enter.
In the program list, right-click the AVG Secure VPN > click properties.
Select stop and start it to restart the service.
If the service stopped already, click start/restart.
Reboot your pc once and check for the issue status.
