Hello

I suspect I am unable to access a work site due to the antivirus. I've tried to disable Web Shield however this is prompting me to input a username and password which I've attempted with my usual combination but unable to successfully login!!

I would like to uninstall the whole AVG Antivirus but am unable find out how! I am using an updated MAC Catalina

Please Help!

We request you to try using your Mac credentials and check if the issue still persists.
