Unable to Uninstall AVG Web Tuneup

Hi there,

I'm running Windows 7 on a PC and I'm unable to uninstall AVG Web Tuneup.

I've tried uninstalling it from the control panel numerous times, I tried the AVG Removal tool, and I've tried removing it via my browsers, but no matter what I do, the program is still there.

Please help!
